He believes the best technology simplifies complexity and solves real-world problems, working closely with cross-functional teams to build efficient, reliable, and user-centred systems. His leadership is rooted in collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to delivering value. Outside of work, Gareth is passionate about youth empowerment and has volunteered with Scouts South Africa for over 20 years. He lives by the belief: “Define the strategy, set the goals, empower the team and watch the magic unfold.”
