South Africa
Johannesburg
Currently, Tourvest operates a CAA-approved bonded fulfilment centre in Isando, Johannesburg.
Six minutes from OR Tambo International Airport, supporting Buy-on-Board operations with an ISO Chilled Box and servicing our South African Airline customers.
TRS Johannesburg current vehicle fleet operates three hydraulic-lift aircraft vehicles, with three more arriving by December 2025 plus caddy vehicles, enhancing airside service capacity and supporting efficient, high-volume turnaround operations.
The upcoming Pomona facility which replaces Isando, eight minutes from the airport, will be a 58,199 sq. ft. purpose-built fulfilment centre.
Build complete is scheduled for late November to early December 2025. Facility fit due to start in January 2026.
We believe this facility will elevate Airline catering in South Africa.
The site will incorporate:

Bulk storage
Retail packing
A centralised flight build area with multiple vehicle-height loading bays.
Four different energy sources and two independent water solutions.
South Africa
Cape Town
The Cape Town CAA-bonded facility is strategically located less than ten minutes from Cape Town International Airport, offering seamless access to both domestic and regional airline networks.
The current 11,000 sq. ft. unit is leased by TRS, with an option to expand into the adjoining unit - an additional 11,000 sq. ft. space featuring greater height capacity, enabling the creation of two operational floors and effectively doubling the working area.
Tourvest is currently collaborating with the landlord, architect, kitchen and equipment supplier to finalise extension and fit-out designs, transforming the site into a comprehensive catering and retail fulfilment centre capable of meeting growing airline and retail demands.
By the end of November 2025, the Cape Town operation will be further supported by a fleet of three hydraulic catering trucks and caddy vehicles, enhancing delivery flexibility and service reach.
United Kingdom
Feltham, London
Our UK Feltham Fulfilment Centre is being developed as a modern, future-ready facility designed to support efficient, scalable, and adaptable operations.
Strategically located near Heathrow Airport and with excellent access to the M25 and surrounding motorway network, the centre ensures rapid distribution and streamlined logistics across the UK and internationally.
It will integrate advanced TRS technologies and streamlined processes to maximise performance, while its flexible infrastructure will accommodate future growth and evolving business demands.
With a focus on commercial adaptability and resilient, innovative design, the Feltham Fulfilment Centre will provide a highly efficient platform capable of responding swiftly to changing customer needs and market opportunities, while leveraging its prime location for optimal transport connectivity.
The site will also incorporate our UK Head office facility for customer visits and presentation, plus working space for meetings, trainings and workshops.
